Garden Vegetable Spread
1 8 ounce container Soft Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Dash of pepper
Combine ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with party rye
or pumpernickel bread slices or assorted crackers.
Makes 1 1/3 cups
