Pecan Cheese Ball Pecan Cheese Ball

This is a wonderful addition to your Holiday offerings!

Prep: 15 min - Total: 1 hr 15 min

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecans, chopped
RITZ Crackers


BLEND cheeses in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed.

SHAPE cheese mixture into ball; roll in pecans. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

SERVE as a spread with crackers.

Makes 16 servings - 2 Tbsp spread and 5 crackers each
