    Spicy Shrimp Crisps

    3/4 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
    2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
    2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
    1 teaspoon McCormick Season-All Seasoned Salt, divided
    1 teaspoon McCormick Parsley Flakes
    1/2 teaspoon McCormick Dry Ground Mustard
    1/4 teaspoon McCormick Celery Seed
    2 tablespoons water
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 egg white
    6 slices of sandwich bread, lightly toasted

    Combine first 10 ingredients.

    Trim crusts from bread slices. Spread lightly with mayonnaise. Spoon shrimp mixture evenly over bread slices. Cut each slice into four triangles. Place triangles on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

    Bake at 350 F for 8-10 min.

    Makes 24 crisps
