Purchasing: Soft cracker bread is sturdier than a tortilla but
more flexible than a pizza shell. Look for it near the pita
bread in the deli section of your grocery store.

Variation: Vary the sandwich fixin’s to please your gang’s
taste buds. Add extra veggies such as shredded carrots. Switch
out the meat and cheese. Add zing with a squirt of mustard.
