3 cups thinly sliced unpared zucchini (about 4 small)
1 cup Bisquick Original baking mix
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram or oregano leaves
Dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2
Stir together all ingredients. Spread in pan.
Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 2-inch squares; cut
squares diagonally in half into triangles.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 375 F.
