California Shake

3/4 cup Dole Pitted Dates, halved
1 medium, ripe Dole Banana, quartered
1 cup fat free or low fat frozen yogurt
1/2 cup low fat or nonfat milk

Combine dates and banana in blender or food processor container.
Blend until dates are finely chopped.

Add yogurt and milk; blend until thick and smooth. Serve
immediately. Garnish with banana slices, if desired.
