Spiced Brazilian Mocha

2 cups freshly brewed Maxwell House Coffee, any variety,
brewed double strength
1 square Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Heat coffee and chocolate in heavy saucepan on very low heat,
stirring constantly with wire whisk until chocolate is melted
and mixture is smooth.

Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Bring to boil. Stir until sugar
is dissolved. Gradually stir in milk and vanilla. Heat
thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

Pour into large cups or mugs. Garnish each serving with thawed
Cool Whip Whipped Topping and additional ground cinnamon.

Makes 7 servings
