1 can (46 ounces) unsweetened grapefruit juice
1 can (12 ounces) apricot juice
1 can (12 ounces) papaya juice
1 can (12 ounces) guava nectar
1 can (12 ounces) pear nectar
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
4 McCormick Cardamom Seeds
1 McCormick Cinnamon Stick, 3 inches long
1/8 teaspoon McCormick Ground Mace
1 quart ginger ale
1 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
Combine fruit juices in punch bowl and set aside.
Place water, sugar, cardamom seeds, cinnamon stick, and mace
in small saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
When cool, strain into juice mixture and add ginger ale and
vanilla. Serve over ice.
