Dumplings

Nothing tops off a beef stew or chicken and vegetables better
than these dumplings!

2 cups Original Bisquick®
2/3 cup milk


1. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.

2. Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew; reduce heat.

3. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes.

Makes 10 dumplings

1 Dumpling: 100 calories (30 calories from fat); 3.5 g fat (1 g saturated);
0 mg cholesterol; 350 g sodium; 15 g carbohydrate (0 g dietary fiber);
2 g protein.
