Orange Walnut Bread

Prep: 15 min - Total: 2 hr 5 min

1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine or butter, melted
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. water
1 cup PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped

MIX flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large
bowl; set aside.

BLEND eggs, margarine, orange juice, orange peel and water in
small bowl. Stir into flour mixture just until blended. Stir
in walnuts. Spoon into greased and floured 8x5-inch loaf pan.

BAKE at 350°F for 50 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 10
minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Slice;
serve immediately.
