Sunshine Breakfast Muffins

1 cups flour
1/2 cup HORMEL® real bacon pieces
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon orange peel
1 cup orange juice
1 egg
1/4 cup oil

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In mixing bowl, combine flour, bacon pieces, sugar, baking powder,
salt, and orange peel. Make a well in center. Combine remaining
ingredients; pour into center of dry ingredients. Stir until moistened.
Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.

Makes 12 muffins.
