Fruity Swirl Coffeecake
1 8-ounce package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Parkay Margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Kraft Red Raspberry Preserves
Combine cream cheese, sugar and margarine, mixing until well
blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each
addition. Blend in vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients
alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan. Dot with
preserves. Cut through batter with knife several times for
marbled effect. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
