    Streusel Coffee Cake Streusel Coffee Cake

    This is best served warm, but you can microwave a piece for 10 to 15 seconds on High to bring back that fresh-from-the-oven taste.

    Prep: 11 min - Bake: 22 min

    Streusel Topping (below)
    2 cups Bisquick® Original baking mix
    2/3 cup milk or water
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 egg

    1. Heat oven to 375. Grease 9-inch round pan. Make Streusel Topping; reserve.

    2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping.

    3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.

    Makes 10 servings

    Streusel Topping
    1/3 cup Bisquick Original baking mix
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Stir all ingredients until crumbly.

    Nutritional Info per 1 Serving: 180 calories (60 calories from fat); 7 g fat (2 g saturated); 20 mg cholesterol; 450 mg sodium; 27 g carbohydrate (0 g dietary fiber); 3 g protein

    High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 425. Use 9" square pan. Stir 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour into the 2 cups baking mix. Increase milk to 3/4 cup. Bake 15-20 min.
