1 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup finely chopped almonds
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Almond Extract
1 2/3 cups flour
Cream together butter, sugar and salt. Add chopped almonds, milk,
extract and flour. Mix well. Chill.
Shape into small balls. Put on ungreased baking sheet. Press each
to 1/3-inch thickness. Put sliced almonds on the center of each.
Bake in 350 F. oven 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
