Bananas Foster

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon McCormick Rum Extract
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Ground Cinnamon
4 bananas, sliced
Ice cream to serve


Heat butter in large skillet. Add sugar and stir until sugar
has melted. Stir in rum extract and cinnamon.

Add bananas to skillet and cook 2 minutes, stirring gently to
coat banana slices.

Place 1 or 2 scoops ice cream in each serving dish and spoon
banana slices and sauce over. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings
