Cannoli

1 container ( 15 ounces) ricotta cheese
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Rum Extract
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
6 cannoli shells

Place cheese, sugar, and vanilla in bowl and stir until smooth
and well combined.

Stir in rum extract and chocolate morsels.

Spoon mixture into cannoli shells and refrigerate until ready
to serve.

Variation:
Use 1/4 teaspoon Pure Almond Extract and 1/4 cup chopped candied
fruit in place of Rum Extract and chocolate morsels.

Makes 6 servings
