Chewy Saucepan Blondies
There's nothing quite as easy as these buttery blonde brownies
that you stir up in a saucepan.
Prep: 15 min - Bake: 22 min
1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter*
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium
heat (2 to 3 minutes). Add brown sugar; mix well. Cool 10 minutes.
Stir in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and salt; mix well. Stir in

for 22 to 27 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Sprinkle
with powdered sugar.
*Substitute LAND O LAKES® Soft Baking Butter with Canola Oil.
