Chocolate Mousse

1 1/3 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Imitation Rum Extract
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract


Beat together all ingredients until mixture is smooth and
mounds softly.

Spoon into dessert dishes.

Makes 4 servings
