Chocolate Plunge
Prep: 5 min - Total: 10 min
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
MICROWAVE corn syrup and cream in large microwavable bowl
on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes or until mixture comes to boil. Add
chocolate; stir until completely melted.
SERVE warm as a dip with cut-up fresh fruit, assorted NABISCO
Cookies, pretzels or pound cake cubes.
Makes 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
No Microwave? - Use Your Stove: Bring corn syrup and cream
to boil in heavy 1-quart saucepan, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Continue as directed.
