A quick and easy dessert that tastes great alone or with ice cream.
Prep: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cans (16 ounces each) sliced peaches, drained, or 6 fresh peaches, sliced
1. In medium saucepan, combine corn syrup, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
2. Add peaches* and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
3. Spoon into serving dishes and serve hot or cold.
Makes 4 servings
*If using fresh peaches, peel before slicing.
