Cranberry Holiday Mold
(Low Fat)

Prep Time: 30 mins. Ready In: 6 hrs.

2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Cranberry Flavor Sugar
Free Low Calorie Gelatin*
1-1/2 cups cold diet ginger ale or water
2 cups halved green seedless grapes
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained

*2 pkg. (4 serving size) can be substituted for 1 pkg. (8-serving size)
JELL-O Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert.


STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes
or until completely dissolved. Stir in cold ginger ale. Refrigerate
about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves
definite impression). Stir in fruit. Spoon into 6-cup mold.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Store
leftover dessert in refrigerator.

Makes 10 servings
