1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Assorted sliced fruit
1/2 cup Kraft Orange Marmalade, Peach or Apricot Preserves
2 tablespoons cold water
Freeze cookie dough 1 hour.
Heat oven to 375 F. Slice cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices.
Arrange cookie slices, slightly overlapping, on foil lined
14-inch pizza pan; press lightly to form crust.
Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Invert onto
serving plate; carefully remove foil. Invert to right side.

electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread

sliced peaches, pears or apples, or mandarin orange
Variation: Substitute Philadelphia Brand Soft Cream Cheese
for regular Cream Cheese.
