Grasshopper Parfaits Prep: 25 mins Ready in: 55 mins 1-1/2 cups finely chopped chocolate sandwich cookies 1/2 cup finely chopped chocolate-covered mint patties 4 cups cold milk 2 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling 2 to 4 drops green food coloring 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping Mint leaves (optional) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (optional) Mix chopped cookies and mint patties in small bowl; set aside. Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir food coloring gently into whipped topping until well blended. Layer 1/2 of the pudding mixture, 1/2 of the whipped topping mixture and 1/2 of the cookie mixture in dessert glasses. Repeat layers. Garnish with additional whipped topping and mint leaves, if desired. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
