Strawberry Heart Pillows

Prep: 20 mins Ready in: 40 mins

1 frozen ready-to-bake puff pastry (1 sheet)
1 cup strawberry jam or preserves
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping , thawed
Sliced strawberries

Thaw pastry as directed on package. Unfold pastry. Using 2-inch
heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut into 16 hearts. Or, using sharp
knife, cut into 30 (1-1/2-inch) squares. Place on ungreased
cookie sheets.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden. Remove from cookie
sheets. Cool completely on wire racks. Split each heart in half

Spread 1 teaspoon jam on bottom half of each heart. Top with
dollop of whipped topping. Cover with top half of heart. Garnish
with small dollop of whipped topping and strawberry slice.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 16 hearts or 30 squares
