QUICHE LORRAINE POUPON

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup light cream
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon or GREY POUPON COUNTRY DIJON Mustard


1. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and green onions evenly on bottom
of pie crust.

2. Whisk together eggs, cream and mustard in small bowl. Pour
evenly over cheese mixture.

3. Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted
in filling comes out clean.

Makes 8 servings

NOTES
Quiche Lorraine Florentine: Add 1 (10-ounce) package frozen
chopped spinach, thawed and well drained to cheese mixture.
