Southwestern Egg Puff

1 pound Velveeta Mexican Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread with
Jalapeno Pepper, cubed
2 cups cottage cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup picante sauce
1/4 cup Parkay Margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 12-ounce can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained

In large bowl, combine ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased
12x8-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 F 35 to 40 minutes or until
golden brown. Top with additional picante sauce, sour cream
and avocado slices, if desired.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
