Baked Alaska Meat Loaf
An all-time family favorite! Savory meat loaf with mashed
potatoes and cheese on top.
Prep: 15 min Cook: 60 min
1 package (0.87 ounce) McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 teaspoons McCormick® Minced Onion
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper
4 servings instant mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon McCormick® Freeze-Dried Chopped Chives
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1. Combine brown gravy mix with ground beef, minced onion
and black pepper. Shape into a loaf 2 inches high in a shallow
2. Prepare 4 servings instant mashed potatoes according to
package directions, adding chives. Spread over meat loaf.
3. Bake in 350°F oven 55 minutes. Top with shredded Cheddar
cheese and bake until cheese melts.
