Chicken Fried Steak

1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup milk
2 pounds cube steak
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 package McCormick Country Gravy Mix

Combine first four ingredients. Set aside.

Dip 2 lbs. cube steak in 1 cup milk, then into flour mixture,
pressing to coat thoroughly.

Repeat dipping step until milk and flour mixture are gone.

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet.

Add steak and cook 5 min. per side or until golden brown.
Remove to serving plate and top with prepared Country Gravy.
