Chile-Glazed Pork Ribs

Sweet and spicy, these ribs sport a glaze of authentic Pace®
Enchilada Sauce, honey, cumin and cinnamon. They taste as
great as the aroma wafting off the grill! Serve extra honey-
chile sauce at the table.

Prep: 10 min - Cook: 1 hr 15 min

3 lb. pork spareribs, cut into riblets
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 jar (17.5 oz.) Pace® Enchilada Sauce
1/4 cup honey

RUB spareribs with cumin and cinnamon. Arrange in 13x9" baking

BAKE at 400°F. for 30 min. Turn ribs over and bake 15 min.
Mix enchilada sauce and honey.

POUR enchilada sauce mixture over ribs. Bake 30 min. or until
tender, basting occasionally. Stir sauce and spoon over ribs.
