1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 package McCormick Country Gravy Mix Sausage Flavor


Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add pork chops and cook 6-7 min per side or until thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat.

Prepare Country Gravy Mix Sausage flavor. Pour over pork chops and serve.
