Ginger Stir-Fry

1 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon McCormick ground ginger
1 pound lean pork or chicken strips
1 tablespoon oil
2 chopped green onions (optional)
1 pkg. McCormick Pork Gravy Mix

Combine Gravy mix, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground
ginger; set aside.

Brown pork in oil. Pour gravy mixture over strips.
Add onions. Stir and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice,
if desired.
