1 lb. cooked kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Yellow Mustard
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Parsley and cracked black pepper
Bring kielbasa and wine to boil in large covered skillet.
Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes.
Stir in mustard and brown sugar; bring to a boil. Cook,
uncovered, stirring frequently until sauce thickens and
kielbasa is well glazed, about 10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
Great Substitute: Substitute chicken broth for white wine.
