PORK WITH APPLES & ONION

2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
4 (3 to 4-ounce) pork cube steaks
1 large onion, sliced
2 medium red apples, cored, sliced
In 10-inch skillet melt butter until sizzling; stir in salt, garlic
and pepper. Add cube steaks and onion. Cook over medium-high heat,
turning occasionally, until pork is browned (4 to 6 minutes).
Add apples. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until apples
are heated through (2 to 3 minutes).
