Seasoned Pork Cutlets

1 teaspoon McCormick Thyme Leaves
1 teaspoon McCormick Onion Powder
1/8 teaspoon McCormick Ground Black Pepper
1 pound pork cutlets
2 teaspoons olive oil

Combine thyme, onion powder, and pepper. Sprinkle on both sides
of pork cutlets.

Heat oil in nonstick skillet and pan-fry cutlets on both sides
until thoroughly cooked.

Variation: Combine seasonings as directed and use on turkey
cutlets instead of pork cutlets.
