Shepherd's Pie

1 cup beef broth
1 pound beef cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Black Pepper
2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 pkg. McCormick Onion Gravy Mix

Combine Onion Gravy mix with water. Set aside. Cook beef cubes
in oil 8 to 10 minutes or until done.

Add peas and carrots and gravy mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce
heat and simmer until gravy thickens. Pour beef mixture into
12x8-inch casserole dish.

Spoon potatoes on top of beef mixture. Bake in 350 F oven 30 min.
or until gravy starts to bubble and potatoes are lightly browned.
