Steak Diane

1/4 cup minced shallots
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
2 boneless beef top loin steaks, about 3/4 inch thick
1/2 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1 Tbsp. capers, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced parsley


COOK and stir shallots in 1 Tbsp.oil in skillet on medium
heat until tender, about 5 minutes.

INCREASE heat to high; add remaining oil to skillet. Add
steaks; cook 2 minutes on each side.

STIR in steak sauce, capers and garlic; bring to boil. Reduce
heat; simmer 3 minutes or until steak is desired doneness.
Stir in parsley.

Makes 4 servings

Great Substitute: Substitute A.1. Bold & Spicy Steak Sauce
for A.1. Original Steak Sauce.
