1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons Parkay Margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 8-ounce package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, cubed
3/4 cup milk
Hot parsleyed noodles
Brown steak in margarine in large skillet. Add onions,
mushrooms and seasonings. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add cream cheese and milk. Stir over low heat until cream
cheese is melted. Serve over noodles.
