Chicken Cacciatore & Pasta

One can and one pan is all it takes! Swanson® Chicken Broth
creates a flavorful simmering sauce that seasons the chicken,
vegetables and pasta shells in this complete skillet supper.

Prep: 10 min - Cook: 30 min

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves, skin removed
1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can (14 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
1 small green pepper, cut into 2" long strips
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
2 1/2 cups uncooked medium shell pasta


HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.

ADD broth, oregano, garlic, tomatoes, pepper and onion. Heat
to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min.
or until done.
