Creamy Chicken Casserole
8 ounces egg noodles
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1½ cups sour cream
3/4 cup milk
2 (5-ounce) cans HORMEL® chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles according to package directions;
drain; set aside. In saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter
until tender. Stir in sour cream, milk, chicken, mushrooms, peas,
and noodles. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese over the
top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
