Impossibly Easy Bacon Pie

Indulge yourself with an old-fashioned bacon-and-egg
breakfast with this easy pie recipe.

Prep: 20 min Bake: 40 min Cool: 5 min

12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup Original Bisquick®
1 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs

1. Heat oven to 400F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon,
cheese and onion in pie plate.

2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie

3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
