Crab and Rice Primavera
1 1/2 cups Birds Eye Farm Fresh Broccoli, Green Beans, Pearl Onions and Red Peppers
1/4 cup water
1 1/3 cups milk
3/4 pound imitation crabmeat or crabmeat
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 cups Original Minute Rice
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Bring vegetables and water to boil in medium saucepan,
stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer
Add milk, crabmeat, margarine, garlic powder and basil.
Bring to full boil. Stir in rice and cheese. Cover.
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
