Classic Lasagna Prep: 20 mins Total: 1hr 5 mins 3 cups POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese 1 pkg. (8 oz.) POLLY-O Mozzarella Cheese , shredded, divided 3/4 cup POLLY-O Grated Parmesan Cheese , divided 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley 9 lasagna noodles , cooked, drained 1 jar (30 oz.) spaghetti sauce *Or substitute 3 cups homemade spaghetti sauce for jar sauce. Mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 of the cheese mixture and 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce in 13x9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 3 lasagna noodles, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
