Greek Isles Fettuccine

12 oz. fettuccine, uncooked
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato, crumbled
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup julienne-cut fresh basil
Fresh ground black pepper

*Or substitute 2 tsp. dried basil leaves for fresh basil.

Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain. Return
to pan; toss with oil.

Toss with cheese, tomatoes and basil. Season to taste with pepper.

Makes 6 servings
