Hearty Chili Roni Macaroni is a great addition to this family favorite. Cooking the macaroni separately gives the Hearty Chili Roni a better taste and texture. Prep: 5 min - Cook: 25 min 1 package (1.25 ounces) McCormick® Chili Seasoning 1 pound lean ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (optional) 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) tomatoes, chopped 3/4 cup water 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked and drained Shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired 1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat. 2. Stir in Chili Seasoning Mix, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. 3. Add cooked macaroni and simmer 5 minutes. Before serving, top with shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired.
