This easy-to-make stroganoff can be ready in less than 15
minutes when you start with precut beef strips. Or if you
prefer, start with a tender sirloin or strip loin beef steak,
then slice into thin strips, cutting across the grain.

1 pound thin beef strips
1 tablespoon McCormick® 1 Step Seasoning: Sweet Onion & Pepper
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) mushroom soup
1/4 cup sour cream
1. Heat lightly oiled nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef strips and 1 Step. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Add mushroom soup. Heat to boiling; stirring frequently.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes.
3. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
