Spaghetti Sauce

1 28oz can Progresso crushed tomatoes
1 tomato can of water
2 6oz cans of tomato paste
2 tomato paste cans of water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 clove crushed garlic
Salt & pepper
1 Tbs. olive oil

In a large pot combine the crushed tomatoes, 1/2 tsp baking soda and a tomato can of water. Cook on medium heat for approx. 3 hours

Then add the tomato paste, garlic, olive oil and 2 tomato paste cans of water. Also a this point you may add your favorite cooked meats to the sauce (i.e. Meatballs, Italian sausage, etc.)

Once all of the ingedients are combined, salt & pepper to taste and simmer for 3 hours so all of the flavors meld together.

Serve over your favorite pasta
