    Turkey and Broccoli Pasta Turkey and Broccoli Pasta

    1 pound ground turkey*
    1 package Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper mix for three cheese
    2 1/2 cups hot water
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
    1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts (1 1/2 cups)
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)


    Brown turkey in 10-inch skillet; drain.

    Stir in Pasta, Sauce Mix, water, milk and oregano. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in broccoli. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cook uncovered until melted.

    *2 cups cut-up cooked turkey can be used instead of the ground turkey; stir in with water.

    High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase first cook time to 12 min and second cook time to 5-7 min.
