Straight from the freezer, this is a chocolate lover's ultimate dessert.

Prep: 20 min - Freeze: 6 hrs 10 min

Pie Ingredients:

24 (2 cups) crisp chocolate chip cookies, crushed
1/3 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted
1 quart (4 cups) chocolate ice cream, slightly softened

Garnish Ingredients:

Chocolate-flavored syrup
Whipping cream, sweetened, whipped, if desired
Crisp chocolate chip cookies, broken into pieces, if desired


Stir together crushed cookies and butter in medium bowl. Press on bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Freeze until firm (10 minutes).

Spread ice cream over crust. Cover; freeze until firm (6 hours or overnight).

Just before serving, drizzle pie with chocolate syrup. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate chip cookie pieces, if desired.
