Easy Cherry Tartlets

Prep: 10 min - Bake: 12-15 min

Double crust for a 9" pie (homemade or purchased)
1/3 cup Comstock® or Wilderness® More Fruit Cherry Fruit Filling or Topping
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 375°F. On a floured board, unfold 1 pie crust.

Cut 7 circles in the pie crust using a 3" round cookie cutter.
Place 1 tsp. cherry fruit filling on each circle and fold in
half to form a small tart. Seal each tart by pressing the edges
with the tines of a fork. Brush tarts with egg and sprinkle with
a small amount of sugar.

Place tarts on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15
minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining pie crust.

Makes 14 servings
