Vanilla Cheese Pie

12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
9-inch prepared graham cracker crust

Topping:
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1 package (10 ounces) frozen raspberries in light syrup


Beat cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla
extract. Pour into graham cracker crust.

Bake in 300 F oven 1 hour. Let cool.

To prepare topping, add Vanilla Extract to frozen raspberries.
Spoon over each slice of pie before serving.

Makes 8 servings
